Monday – Multisport and Fitness - 5.00pm-6.00pm – St.George's School, Newport.
Team games, sportsmanship, stretching and fitness in a friendly session that suits all abilities.
Tuesdays – Athletics - 5:00pm-6:00pm – Sandown Athletics Track, The Bay CE School, Sandown
Suitable for all abilities, general fitness and event specific training for running, jumping and throwing.
Thursday – Table Tennis - 5:00pm-6:00pm – St George’s School, Newport.
Suitable for all abilities, training towards competition, or just for fun and fitness.
Thursday – Swimming - 6:00pm-7:00pm – West Wight Sports Centre, Freshwater.Suitable for all abilities, developing confidence in the water and developing swimming techniques.
Thursday – Football Training - 7.15pm-8.15pm – Rew Valley Sports Centre, Ventnor.Suitable for all abilities to help with fitness, training and football skills for team work development. Weekly subs also apply. Please contact first for football training as we have very limited space for new athletes.
Saturday – Indoor Bowls - 10.30am-12:30pm – Isle of Wight Community Club, Cowes. Suitable for all abilities, team work required. Skill development, sportsmanship and training for competition or just for fun. Please contact first for indoor bowls as we have very limited space for new athletes.
