A Night of Community Spirit at Cowes Community Club
It was a fantastic turnout for our Sporting Opportunities Isle of Wight quiz night held on Friday, May 1st, 2026, at the Cowes Community Club!
The energy in the room was electric, and we were thrilled to welcome our very own Nigel, who stepped up to the plate to serve as our quiz master for his first time. He did a brilliant job keeping the competition lively and the questions flowing.
The evening was a resounding success, raising a grand total of £445 for our cause. Thank you so much to everyone who participated, your generosity truly makes a difference.
Between the challenging rounds, guests enjoyed a great selection of food and drink from the bar and kitchen at the community centre, all while soaking in the wonderful, friendly atmosphere that makes these community events so special. Of course, no quiz night would be complete without a raffle, which added an extra layer of excitement to the proceedings.
A massive congratulations to the Marsh-Brown family, who took home the top prize after a hard fought battle of wits and challenging questions!
